Need to know the design approach.

Hi All,

I am new to ServiceNow, and not sure below requirement is able to fulfilled or not, so expecting some design points/configuration approach which I can try?

Requirement:

We have requirement where we want to build the form for set of question and attachment field/DD like attestation (we are not sure to use here attestation or not) at business unit level/table, which should be launch on Quarterly basis (eg. Q1:Jan to Mar then it should launch on 11-April) and Business unit head or his delegate to submit the form until it get submitted daily remainder email should set to trigger for next 10 weekdays (excluding Sat on Sun) post which triggers escalation. When Business unit head/delegate submit this form then automatically risk event report (which contains list risk events record created/updated in last quarter) should get attached automatically to the form.

May I know how I can link & show the attestation to business unit, apart from selecting the business unit table while configuring the attestation?

You can explain how the Data Manager module available in CMDB works in ServiceNow, as many use it to certify the records.
