Have you set a category and catalog? If you remove these the item will work so long as you have the link but will not appear in the search or be visible on the portal.

requirement is Item should be available in service catalogue and item should not be available in service portal and service portal search.

if I remove category from item I cannot see in service catalogue.

That being the case I'm not sure what else to advise, I've tested this in my instance and when I select the "Hide on Service Portal" switch it works as expected and the item does not show up in the search.
