Hello ,
I have recently activated the service now plugin for my instance .
i need to modify it the customization and everything , i saw the bar how can we help you , can someone please explain this is fetching the data from where exactly , and also what i actually want is for example if there i put and incident number or a request number at least it will give me a result .
and also i tried to create a portal but it didnt work with the /PM as it was mentioned in the docs , so i am trying to modify what is already created /sp so when i created the portal i was able to put an icon instead of service now icon . here how can i do it ?
i also want to put more other than approval and my open incidents in the home page .
main point is how can i modify the how can i help you .
