Need to place third party chatbot on native UI

Hi All,
We have a requirement to show third-party chatbot on native UI of a table. I have checked with HI team, and they replied back that it is possible only in service portal but is there any alternative to get this done?
Can I have an iframe and place chatbot inside the iframe or UI Macro? Any suggestion will be helpful.

You should be able to create a UI Macro (which can even create an iframe to host the chat bot), use it to create a Formatter and add the Formatter to the desired form.

I'm assuming by native UI you mean Core UI.

Hi, by native UI I meant the not the portal but the normal page which we open from list. Do you have any document which I can refer to?
