Notify Assignment Group when fully approved

I have a workflow that requests approvals from different departments before the assignment group can begin the case. In flow designer, I set up the approval flow but am trying to add a condition when the record approval state is fully approved, notify the assignment group. If possible, I would like to add a work note to let the assignment group know once all approvals have been obtained.
