Need to prevent others from overwriting shared reports

How can I prevent other to overwrite shared report. Others should be able to copy my reports using the "Insert and Stay" feature, but should not be able to save over, and replace my original reports.

Hi @Nisha Mishra23 ,

A normal ITIL / Report User shouldn't have the ability to edit reports and overwrite what has been created.

I've noticed that there isn't a save button available for users viewing shared reports. Instead, they have access to options like Insert or Insert and stay.
