Need to provide access to dashboard without login into servicenow

Hi All,

We have a requirement, that we need to provide access to dashboard for for the users without login into servicenow.

Please help on this.

You can share the URL of the dashboard with all users, but the user with no role will not having the access to dashboard they can view it but if suppose they want to drill down into dashboard they cannot do it, it simply the static dashboard,

just share the URL with user, user needs to paste that URL in any browser and they can see the dashboard.

Also, We accomplished this by sharing the dashboard with the "public" role.  As others have noted, you still must email the link and they won't have access to any actual records, so list reports are out, but they will have access to charts and graphs and can get to drill-downs provided the drill-down is not a list.  If there are records that all users can read, such as the user records, they would be able to read those from your dashboard, so be careful if what you place on the dashboard and thoroughly test as a user with no roles before you send the link.
