Need to rearrange the choices present in one of the fields on Portal

I have got a requirement where they want to rearrange the choices present for a specific field on the Service portal but i dont have any idea how to do that from Servicenow instance.
Can someone help ?

To do this

- Go to maintain item

- Scroll to variable / varaibel set

- Open the required variable and]

- change the order
