Need to remove users while approving the request

Hi All,

To add users to groups, we developed a catalogue item. The form has a users field where the requester can select multiple users.

Tickets will be sent for the approval after submission. I want the approver to remove the incorrect user and approve it for the other users in case that the requester mistakenly selected the wrong user.

Is there a chance to make it work?

Hi @chitra1 

That is not the right way, logically the whole request need to get rejected and the user should raise the new request.  Request you please dont violate the process.
