Need to set the Toggle option to be "ON" based on select box type in order guide

Hi All,

I have a requirement to set the catalog item toggle to turn on based on the select box field "HireType".

1. Reference article image below [ In describe needs "Hire type" select box field is there if user selects "Contractor" in next steps choose options "New contractor "item toggle option should be ON automatically.

To make it clear, I just want to set the item "Contractor form" mandatory when hire type is Contractor.
