Need to Suppress Actionable Notifications in MS Teams Chatbot

Hi All,

We have integrated ServiceNow with MS Teams. We are receiving notifications after RITM additional comments are added and when the state of an incident changes. I want to stop these notifications after RITM additional comments or incident updates. Can anyone please help me with how to hide these notifications?

These notifications are setup OOB you can customize them as per your requirement.

Hi @KhushbooR ,

I have reviewed the OOB Provider Notifications as you suggested. I found a few active notifications. However, the content of these notifications differs from the actual output I shared in my initial post. 

I have a question: can we customize a new notification by deactivating this OOB Notification? Is this good approach?

You can create your own notifications and turn off the one you don't need.

These notifications usually look similar please check on what condition you are receiving the teams notify and cross check with the notification conditions.
