Need to visible drop down option if user have vip role

i have a variable requested for reference type data populate from sys_user table  if some selected any one of them from table if that user have vip role i need to visible on particular drop down option from another variable. If user don't have vip role need to be  hide that particular option in variable drop down selection.

please help me for this requirement
