Need Troubleshoot SSO Redirect Issue

A user reports that every time they open a new browser tab to access our ServiceNow environment, they are redirected to the SSO login screen again—even if they're already signed in. Has anyone encountered a similar issue. What would be the best way to determine whether it's an SSO config problem, cache/cookie issue, or browser behavior?

 

i asked them to check the url Saved due to using a bookmarked link. Not sure what any other things to check.
