Hi. For some reason, I can't create new incidents\custom requests on my table. Instead of the UI Actions that include New and Advance, I get this
Any ideas? I am trying to check ACL's and roles but no luck,

I see that the view was weird in your screenshot, can you try to change the view to default or something to see if that might be the issue.

Got a small issue, the default view is not checked by default. Each time I enter the list view it displays as Null and I have to manually select the Default view.

open the record in list view and change it to default.
then clear the cache and now you will see the record or list opened in default view.
