New button in user list pop up

Hey, is it possible to have the new button in workspace ? 
the button appears for an example when you click on magnifying glass to pick a user in incident form, you can create new one, but in workspace I didn't find the option available .

N, mate. This functionality is not available in Workspace currently. You can create new records from specific  module it self only.
