new button is not visible in SOW view

New button is not visible in Incident task but visible in Task SLA . any idea how to enable it.

Hi @Prateek1,

task_sla and incident_task (eventually task) are different tables, and the buttons (UI Actions) are configured per table, thus check your UI Actions definitions and eventually re-create the missing button up to your requirements

The UI Actions take effect from their parent tables incident_task > incident > task etc.

If it is in the workspace, also check the following checkboxes:

if user passes the table level CREATE ACL then button will be seen.

The UI you are showing is for Workspace.

Did you check if that user is passing table.None CREATE ACL?

in default view i can see New button but only in SOW it is hidden. I dont think this issue is related to ACLs
