New button is not visible in Incident task but visible in Task SLA . any idea how to enable it.

In My PDI and Dev instance are same but the button is visible in PDI and not in Dev Instance

Hi @Prateek1 ,
1) go to incident > all > right click on list header
configure> list control > uncheck "omit new button"
2) 2nd way please check "new" button ui action record. check button visibility.
go to ui actions . search record where name is "new" and table is "incident". check its condition visibility.
