New Flow for Catalog Items Not Triggering, Default Execution Plan Still Used

RidamJ

Hi everyone,

I have created a new flow for my catalog items in ServiceNow. However, when I submit a request, it still follows the default execution plan for approval instead of my custom flow.

I have already:
• Attached the new flow to the catalog item.
• Verified that the flow conditions match the request.
• Ensured that the old execution plan should not override the new flow.

Am I missing something? Any insights or suggestions would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Try cache.do and logout and login back.

@RidamJ

I hope you attached the publishes flow and also removed the Default execution plan from that catalog item

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
