Hi ,
In Outlook, we receive various security alert emails from "Microsoft Security" with subjects starting with "[SECURITY ALERT]". We need to create an incident in ServiceNow for each of these emails and assign them to a specific security team.
Could you please provide guidance on how to automate this process?

You can use the Inbound Email Action for this. You can create different inbound actions for different subjects, or if the subject is common, create a single inbound action and handle it accordingly. For assignments, you can use the Assignment Rule to automate the process.
