New form in a page in yokohama version in ui builder

I want to create a record with a view specifically for new record creation. Now the thing is as we know we can't add a record producer in workspace, so how can I get this functionality in yokohama version. Please help me out with , also once we submit the form it should open the same page with 2 fields value filled from previous form submitted.

Is it possible to show that on Workspace, the record producer and then when submitted it opens again the record producer with some pre filled value ?

So basically, the requirement is that we want to create a new incident record. Suppose, for example, but the values that we, the fields that we have in a default view or the workspace view is not required.We only why want few fields, like 3 to4 fields?And that the user wants to fill, and then when they submit it again the same tab should open to again allow the user to create a new record but this time few values should be pre filled from previous record saved.
