New Model and State creation in Change Management

Hi,

I need to create a Custom Model and then define state transitions for that model on the Change Request form.

Steps done till now:

1. Create a Change model, by navigating to the below path:

Change - Administration - Change Model.

This is showing correctly on the change form. What is not working is I am not able to define the state transitions as state values itself are not available, as shown below:

Not able to select the target state value here . Please assist on what I am missing here.

Hi @Surbhi Srivasta,

This is because you have only one model state record i.e 'new', you need to add all the model states first, then you would be able to see the target value. Refer to the screenshots below:
