New Role for Group Administration

I have been tasked to grant a group (GER group admin) a built role that gives them the control to manage groups. so i built a role (x_group_admin) from there i went and built the ACL's

now when i add the role to the group and do an impersonation of a member in that group i see this.
I cannot add members nor can i see the member currently in the group... Can someone let me know what' im doing wrong or what else needs to be set...

I suggest you enable Debug Security (Navigation menu option), impersonate the user, and see which ACLs are failing. Search the web page for 'RC = false'.
