New Service Operations Workspace Component showing "No Content Available"

On the Service Operations Workspace homepage, I need to add a new component to show specific links (akin to how the Quick Links component works, just with links that appear for all users). I've set up a new Viewport component, and set up the sub-page (correctly, I believe), and the homepage looks correct in the UI Builder. However, in the normal SOW dashboard, the new component is showing the "No Content Available" message:

I'm having a similar issue with a panel underneath the incident list. Doing some digging in the UI builder and browser inspector I've determined it's a widget called "WFO content". Not sure what it is but if its going to be there, I'd like it to at least show some content.

Hi,

I am a TA for a NextGen cohort and I had a student receive this No content available error message when impersonating Beth and trying to view her Service Operations Workspace. What is the reason for this and what can we do to fix this? she doesn't want to lose her course work. Thank you for your help!
