New topic not visible in employee center

Hi all,

recently I have created a new topic in employee center but that topic is not visible.

I have tried to clear cache or hard refresh but that did not work for me, also I have added some catalog and KB article as connected item and child topics still not working.

Please guide me with this issue.

He was having issue regarding the theme and I am already using correct theme. 

So, Still having the issue.

Hi Akshay,

 

1. Check if "Test Legal Advisory" topic has any connected contents, user criteria to topic or the connected contents.

2. Try impersonating someone and then end impersonation. This is usually a quick workaround that clears any cache related to taxonomy topics visibility.

3. If the issue still persists, please share screenshot of the connected content to that child topic.
