Hello All,
I am facing a strange issue, where the 'New' button is missing for Human Resources scoped application to create new catalog UI policy actions. The button is visible under Global scope. This was working absolutely good before as we have multiple UI policy action on scoped applications. I have checked in List control, the omit new button checkbox is unchecked. This is very strange issue and recently we upgraded to Xanadu version.
Any lead will be highly appreciated.

Seems like a platform issue.
Did you check the table level CREATE ACL?
What happens you go to that catalog ui policy action table list? are you able to see new button there?

- Ensure that the roles and permissions required to create new catalog UI policy actions in the Human Resources scoped application are correctly assigned. Sometimes, upgrades can affect role configurations.
- Review the upgrade logs and documentation for the Xanadu version to see if there are any known issues or changes that might affect the visibility of the "New" button in scoped applications.
- Sometimes, clearing the cache can resolve UI issues. In application navigator type cache.do
- If none of these steps resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to ServiceNow support for further assistance, as they can provide more detailed guidance based on your specific instance and configuration.

Thank you for replying. I investigated further. This is happening for Human Resources : Lifecycle Events scope only, where as Human Resources : Lifecycle Enterprise scope is working good. Hopefully , a ServiceNow ticket can help.

anything changed in recent time?
Did you add new plugin or upgrade the instance?
Is the new button not coming for admin as well?
Did you check if that catalog ui policy action table has New button and the user satisfies CREATE ACL on Catalog UI policy action?

Hi Ankur,
Yes we upgraded to Xanadu recently.It is not coming for admin as well, as I am admin.
