Hello,
I am trying to complete a task and it is asking me to select the system administrator avatar at top right corner, then select impersonate user. I am not seeing this, am I looking in the incorrect spot? I click on my initials and do not see any of what the instructions are speaking . Can someone point me in the right direction? The below is what I see on my screen.

Hi @shervonne00
what you are seeing and trying to click is not your ServiceNow instance / PDI , you are trying to click it in the ServiceNow Learning Portal website itself, not the actual lab training instance.
So go to your lab instance and click profile and perform the given tasks

You can do impersonation as shown in Screenshots below:
Actually, you have click on User profile of your lab instance.

I can't seem to find the impersonate option even though I'm logged in as admin. It only shows profile and log out

Yes, you are in the wrong place. To do this, you need to log in to the Lab instance using the admin user. Then, on the right side under User, you will see the Impersonate option. Please try this in the Lab instance.
