NIC field showing empty for some IP records in the cmdb table

Hello Experts,
There is an issue with my CI that the IP doesn't get populated. The reason behind that is that there are some records in the IP address table which have empty NIC fields, which is why the CI is not populated for that IP address (when NIC is available, the configuration item field will display the associated CI and then that ip will show in the CI IP's related list on the CI form). Here data comes from SG-Defender and SG-Intune. Do you have any idea how NIC field gets populated OR why some IP records are showing me with empty NIC?

What are you running for discovery/integration? You are just showing that two systems aren't aligned but not telling us how you are getting the data. Have you build something completely custom, or are you using something completely OOB? It makes a big difference in how you handle the investigation.

Hi Mark,
Data is getting through the Robust Transform Map as we are using service graph connector for the Intune and Defender Integrations. It is completely OOB.

Then start there. Is the data coming in? Does it show in your import set? Do you see any errors and if so, what do they mention?
