No agent available in virtual agent.

Hi All,

 

I am using virtual agent but while using topic live agent availability. It is showing that no agent available.

Can anyone guide me in solving this issue,

Hi @Virendra Dwived ,

On awa_queue record (awa_queue.do), under the Routing Condition section, check the "Define condition here" checkbox and leave everything blank.

And, make sure that the agent has the awa_agent and workspace_agent roles as well.

A few things to check in your configuration:
1) Do you have a schedule defined for routing and are you inside that schedule
2) Are routing conditions set?
3) Is there an Agent "Available" with the correct workspace_agent role
4) Is chat enabled on the instance
