no case details after submitting the record producers

Hi,

for few of my record producers, after submitting them, I cannot see any case details

Usually, it should show the case details

@Snow-Man This looks like an ACL issue to me. Could you please assign HRC0001254 to yourself and check if you can see all the details?

Hi, I tried what you mentioned but same issue again even after assigning to myself. this is happening only for few record producers
