Hello i have this issue on our mid server: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
I have tried to follow a KB for the fix but did nto work. Have restarted the server and revalidated it etc. Nothing has worked.

If you have already adhered ServiceNow KB Article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1574725 then also take a look at this ServiceNow community post: https://www.servicenow.com/community/itom-forum/troubleshooting-the-unresolved-mid-server-issue-no-m... which will assist you to comment out the line "$whiteList.Add($computername + "\" + $username)." in "[PATH_TO_MID_INSTALL_DIR] \\agent\bin\scripts\EnforceFilePermissions.psm1" and then restart the mid server.
