No reply emails

Hello everybody 

I have a unique problem. We want to set up an email integration for just 1 noreply domain (noreply@mountain.com)

Now the problem is there is an OOB email filter which ignores noreply emails. I tried adding mountain.com as trusted domain in one of the system properties but that did not help.

Users from this mountain.com are external users and their replies should open ticket in our instance.

however since they have noreply prefix emails are getting ignored. 
is there a way to set this up for just 1 noreply domain and other noreply domains (like noreply@yammer.com etc) should get ignored

Hi, were you able to get an aswner ? We have a similar requirement but still no solution to integrate noreply specific emails
