No results found for incidents in service portal

when i search for the kb articles and catalog items, the articles are found correctly. but when it comes to incident, it shows the field number not the incident. can anyone please suggest me some guidelines to solve this issue.

What do you mean 'it shows the field number, not the incident'? That is the incident. The search result are showing your the displayvalue of the incident record, which is the number. What do you expect to see here?
