No valid dates for instance cloning

I am trying to clone our instances, but no valid dates are available for cloning. 

Next available date and time: Invalid date

Any ideas? I have tried all the different Clone Profiles.
I have also tried to do this directly through All-Request clone, but no luck.

1]Navigate to Request clone-

2]Select target instance 

3] Select Scheduled start Time & submit the request
