We are faced with a situation where a subset of users is reporting an issue with the "Show Related Incident" button not loading for them when they select it. After troubleshooting this issue, we believe that this issue is related to a specific node in our cluster. I have seen and searched for the answer to this question many times in this community but have yet to find an answer to this question(s) that works.
Is there a way, as an admin, I can get a list of all the users logged into my instance complete with the specific node they are logged into?
Is there a way to force my account to log into a specific node? SN utils used to have this feature but it does not work for me.
If I impersonate a user, am I somehow connecting to their session and subsequently the node they are logged in on, or am I connecting to the node my admin account is logged onto?
