Hello Experts
As an admin, when i login through to the service portal(ESC) I am able to view the default knowledge base, its categories and the articles within it.
But when i impersonate another user with no role i am not able to view the knowledge page at all.
However it is defined can read is Any user but its not working as expected.
You can see the attachment below, Articles are grayed out and filters are hidden.
Has anyone faced a similar problem before? I have spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting this and with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

hi @RavitejN ,
OOB, there is an "All Users" user criteria defined which has no location, group, user, etc. defined. It's basically an open access. If you put that in the Can Read for the Knowledge base, does this allow the users to see the article. If not, check ACLs.
Thanks,
BK
