Non-admin users stuck on "Pending" during Data Import Preview

Hi,

I have a problem with data imports for non-admin users. When an Admin imports a file, it works perfectly. But when a Non-Admin user tries, the Preview screen shows a "Pending" state and the "Target Record" is empty.

The user already has the import_transformer role and I have created Read/Write/Create ACLs for the staging table. 

still is showing pending for the non admin users ?

Without  import roles non-admin user can not  import data into servicenow.

does your user have Create and Write access on that table?

Ensure they have and then load
