[Normal change] I want to be able to add a type that is a dropdown Choice. How can I do that?

I cannot edit the type at all. I want to make the 'Choice' have options: 'Minor' and 'Major.' I'm not sure how to do it.

Hi @Piyathida_Tha,

The type of chaneg requests will be based on Workflow or flow attached to it. When you select change type at teh time of creation using Change Interceptors [sys_wizard].

Hi @Piyathida_Tha,

You need to create new option with Major and Minor Change requests. Also, need workflow or flow associated with it.

After that, if you select Major or Minor change requests at time of creation. It will create with selected type.
