Not able to add Agent Assist in Workspace post Xanadu upgrade

Hi Team,

 

Im trying to configure Agent Assist on Service operation workspace post Xanadu upgrade with the fallowing steps mentioned on KB.

but not able to see the Agent Assist for Sc_task.

 

Please let me know do I need any additional steps to configure Agent Assist for Sc_task.

Hi @Km Sh ,

Check if necessary roles and plugins in place, If still issue persists Raise HI case with ServiceNow. 

  • Role required: workspace_admin
  • The ITSM plugin, com.snc.agent_workspace.itsm, must be activated on your instance.

Yes, I have already had a role "workspace_admin", but not able to see the Agent Assisst on SC_task workspace.
