Not able to attach the attachment in Mobile Form.

1.I have created the form in that  having one attachment field , i can attach the attachment through desktop.

2. Same Form i have created through mobile using function , in mobile i can see the attachment field, attach the document also but not able to find Ok button showing below to submit the document.

can anyone suggest me.

Did you check any OOB form has field on mobile and it works there?

ya i have checked it , for OOB  form has field on mobile its working fine.
