Not able to create E-signature templates even after the necessary plugins activated

Hi ,

I am not able to create any template under E-signature templates table . 

even I do see the e-signature under the navigation also .

Currently Admin role .

Please assist

Did you ever fix this?

I have activated the plugins on Xanadu Patch 4, no issues with them, but cannot find e-signature scope, the roles aren't assignable and there are no template section etc. for progressing either.
