Not able to delete attachment in Service portal

Hello Experts,

I have moved the update set to QA environment after that am not able to delete attachment from the Service portal.

Here am able to edit the file name but deleting is not working.

In the Dev environment its working fine.

When clicking in the delete button in the console am getting below error.What might be the isssu.

Its really urgent for me

Isn't it on your "Ticket Attachments" widget?

Service portal > Widgets >> "Ticket Attachments".

I need an attachment functioanlity in a custom application, as i can see you have added attachment there , so could you please or any one here  help me on this.
