Not able to delete Attachments from "Manage Attachments" page

Hi,

End users have reported that, they are not able to delete attachments related to a Change ticket.

They click on Manage Attachments -> Select the attachment to be removed -> Click Remove button.

After refreshing the page, they open the change ticket and still find the Removed attachment in the Change ticket.

Kindly Assist to troubleshoot this.

Please check in the business rule whether they have given any restrictions to do that.

Hi Nagendra,

It may happen   because of DELETE   ACL   on sys_attachemnt table or your change table, please check Once.

Please check if the ACLs (Access control list) if there is any related record with the sys_attachment table and operation delete.
