Not able to edit Business Application description

My Application team wants to edit and maintain Application created in cmdb_ci_business_app.

The description field is read only.

is it OOB or a special role needed for it ?

I have no idea where your screenshot is from, but as admin, I can edit the description field on cmdb_ci_business_app records.
