Not able to Find the CMDB health scorecard tabs in CI class Manager

I am able to see the tabs in PDI and Now learning instance but not in Client instance.

Is there any other way to update the scorecard limits, or is there any way to enable those tabs in CI class manager. Please let me know. Thanks in advance
