It's possible that the router you are attempting to discover does not have any exit interface routing rules configured. Exit interface routing rules are typically used to specify the next hop for traffic leaving a particular interface, and they may not be necessary in all network configurations.
If you are confident that the router should have exit interface routing rules configured, you may want to double-check your discovery settings to ensure that you are retrieving all available information from the router. You could also try manually querying the router for its routing table using a command-line interface, such as the "show ip route" command in Cisco IOS.
If you continue to have trouble discovering the exit interface routing rules for the router, it may be helpful to consult the router's documentation or seek assistance from a network administrator or technical support representative.
Please mark my answer as a solution/helpful in case it adds value and moves you a step closer to your desired ServiceNow solution goal.
Thanks,
Punit
