Hello @mishrarakes
1. Check any ACL's working on Request/RITM/SC_TASK table
2. Check User Criteria for the catalog item
3. Check Before Query Business rule if any on above tables
4. Open "sn_query_rule.LIST" table and search for your tables. If any Query rule found related to your table, deactivate it.
Thank You!

Hi @mishrarakes,
To ensure it's not a copy/paste, mistype or even an instance configuration re searching, can you try going to the list view of requests and try to find it that way...
Type 'Requests' into the Navigation menu and select the option under 'Service Catalog' / 'Open Requests' or type the following into the Navigation menu: sc_request_list
Here you can see all the requests created. Please note initially this will show Active requests but you can use the filter and sort by created date and created by to help search for the record.
To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie

did you check REQ created in last 30mins?
Are you copying the correct REQ number?
Are you sure that REQ didn't get deleted immediately?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
