Hello,
Check User Permissions :
Ensure your role has access to see the sc_request table:
Admin roles (admin, itil, catalog_admin) should have access.
If you are using a custom role, ensure it has the right ACLs (Access Control Rules).
Ensure the Request is Properly Generated :
Open the request in Service Catalog > Requests
Verify if RITM and SCTASKs are generated correctly
If the request is missing items, check if your catalog items are active and properly configured.

After you create the request, make a note of the sys_id in the URL. Copy it to your clipboard. Then go into the Now Platform and add a filter for Sys ID is _______. See if that works.
