not able to log on to IMPACT servicenow site

hello All,

 

I have been given admin account on impact.servicenow.com  ,  but whenever I try to log in I get external logout error.

I have tried emptying cache,  different browser but still get same message.

Does anybody knows what should I do to access my account on impact

Normally this means, that you either do not have an account on this instance, or it is inactive / locked out.

 

Report the issue at web_support@servicenow.com.  Share your browser version, a screenshot, your registered email account, and the error message.

Raised a HI case and got it fixed. 

you were right it was locked out at back.
