Not able to map indexed fields to result card while previewing ai search

Hello Experts,

 

I need assistance with setting up my user fields on user result card while previewing my AI search profile fields like mobile number,location,department,company is not dispalyed even after mapping and setting done under indexed resource with map_to attribute along with the value mobile_phone,location.name,department.name,company.name resp. for dot_walk_fields i have set location,department,location,company with value name . But its not worked

Thanks for the response these URLs giving me idea to map my title and text , but I am looking for a attribute which can show this result in my card (preview- AI search) 

user(table).Department ---identifier
Icon (First and Last Name initials)  Name( navigation)

User ID
Mobile Number
Location
Company --- or these fields may be separated by dot.

Hi Experts / @Dinesh_Now ,

 

Just one finding , I checked in OOB configurable workspace configuration that the OOB evam template userV2 (which already has all fields which i want in search result while previewing through AI search preview(new)) for AI search in Next experience is not giving the same card. Is this a Glitch in OOB indexing . Please help me to understand this where exactly i have to fix this to see the result .
