Hi, I am tying to build a simple ATF testcase to open an existing record. It only has two steps, 1. impersonate a user 2. open an existing record (see screenshot 1 for the second step configuration). But it failed on the second step (see screenshot 2 for log info). No idea how to fix it. It is blocking our work. Your help is appreciated!

Hi @ZhenyuC
Could you share the screenshot of test steps?
It looks like the impersonated user might not have access to the required configurations.
Are you able to perform same activity manually?
Regards
Shaqel

Hi @Shaqeel ,
Attached below is the screenshot of the test steps.
Yes, I am able to perform the same activity manually. This is how I perform the manual test. Impersonate the same user as in the ATF test, enter in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, in the case list All locate the same case as in the ATF test, and click to open the case. I am not sure how ATF finds the case. I do notice that I can only see the case in the list All, but not in "Unassigned for my groups" (not sure if this info is relevant or not).
Thanks,
Zhenyu

Hi @ZhenyuC
Try with different form UI.
